Our family is proud to supply raw unfiltered, unpasteurized local Chicago Honey, along with our signature line of Grade A Wisconsin Maple Syrup and delicious Honey Butters to retail chains, Michelin Star Restaurants, Hotels etc. We take pride in funding farmers, to grow bee friendly flowers to revive our dying bee population. Our co-ops with multiple local farmers guarantees us the purest quality of products, capacity to supply nationwide, freshness and the ability to give back directly to our farmers.
Abdullah Motiwala, founded Heaven’s Honey Inc. in 2015 in search for local farmers to serve truly local honey in Chicago, IL in efforts to revive the dying bee population and fund local farmers. With many customers looking for pure local honey to remedy local allergies and reap the benefits of real honey, the product was a hit. He went on to create fruit and spice flavored honey infusions, procure delicious honey butters and tap local maple syrup from local farmers to ensure full transparency and uphold the value of true pure food.
DIRECTOR OF CULINARY OPERATIONS:
Aaron Andrews, is a seasoned hospitality and culinary leader with 20 years of experience in establishments spanning fine dining, quick serve concepts and large scale operations. His exceptional cross functional industry experience created unique opportunities for him to develop and implement culinary and operations processes. In his tenure he has opened 50+ restaurants, created brands and managed multi-unit restaurants on a national scale, Aaron now joins the Heaven’s Honey team as our Director of Culinary & Business Development.
