Flavor & Tasting Notes

Star Thistle honey is known for its mild, delicate sweetness and light floral character. Subtle buttery notes and a smooth finish make it an approachable honey that complements your favorite drinks without overpowering them. As a natural product, its color and flavor can vary slightly by harvest.

A Sweet Fit for Your Routine

• For tea drinkers: Add gentle sweetness to black, green, or herbal tea. Start with one stick and adjust to taste.

• For portion-controlled servings: Each premeasured 5-gram stick makes it easy to choose how much honey you use.

• For athletes and active runners: Portable honey sticks provide a convenient source of carbohydrates before or during activity. Tuck a few into your running belt, gym bag, or hiking pack.

• For everyday snacking: Enjoy straight from the stick whenever you want a little natural sweetness.

Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.
